The LONI Network will soon be offering a point product for the participants to rent on a monthly basis. The service will include remote troubleshooting capability, perpetual hardware and software maintenance, life-cycle hardware replacement, and 4-hour hardware replacement on the rental. The rental service will have the additional capability of replacing the participant router/switch functionality. This service is a required add-on to the upcoming complete Managed WAN service.
The cost for this rental service is $25 monthly per WAN device. The LONI Network provides a consolidated billing for this service.
